At Pykalcore, we stand behind the quality of our smart pet essentials. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return: Contact our support team at chronogianni101@gmail.com. We will provide you with the specific instructions and the appropriate return address for your location. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Once we’ve inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
